Fall 2013 Registration

TVSA will be hosting three on-site registration sessions this year for the Fall 2013 season. The dates for these sessions are as follows:

May 11th, 2013 - Harveston Park - 9AM to 12PM
May 18th, 2013 - Harveston Park - 9AM to 12PM
June 1st, 2013 - Ronald Reagan Sports Park - 9AM to 2PM

The registration fee for the Fall 2013 season will be $95 for the first child and $85 for each additional sibling signed up at the same time. Non-residents must pay an additional $10 per child. We accept cash, checks and credit cards ($3 processing fee per child applies for credit cards). After June 30th, 2013, players will be put on a waiting list. Players who are put on the waiting list are subject to an additional $20 fee if they are placed on a team. First time players to TVSA must provide proof of age at time of registration in the form of a government issued birth certificate or passport (copies acceptable). We will return the documentation after verification. Returning players (within 12 months) do not require proof of age. After filling out the form, print just one copy, sign it and then bring it with you to the registration.

Minimum age is 4 years old by 7/31/2013. The maximum age is 17 as of the same date. Fall practice will commence in August and the games will start at the end of August and run thru about mid November. Anyone who is interested in coaching in the Fall season must also fill out a Program Administrator Registration Form. This can also be downloaded and filled out online. After filling out the form, print one copy, sign it and bring it with you to the registration. We always need coaches so please consider helping us out in the Fall. If you are not sure, go ahead and still select the Coach box on the player registration form and we will be sure to contact you later on in case you change your mind.
