Last to to Sign up for Spring Season

If you missed the Spring 2010 registration, don't worry. You can still register at our office (map) Monday through Friday from 10AM until 4PM.

The cost for the Spring 2010 season will be $55 per child ($25 for TOPS) and includes a full uniform (jersey, shorts and socks). There will not be any sibling discount. Non-Temecula residents must pay an additional $10 per child. We accept payment in the form of cash or check only. If you want to get a jump start on the registration form, you may fill out the form online by clicking here. After filling out the form, print one copy, sign it and then bring it with you.

The Spring season will run from 4/3/2010 through 5/22/2010. All Spring teams will be coed. Qualifying children must be four years of age by July 31st, 2009. New players must provide a birth certificate in order to show proof of age. This requirement is optional for returning players who played in the Fall season.

Anyone who is interested in coaching in the Fall season must also fill out a Program Administrator Registration Form. This can also be downloaded and filled out online. After filling out the form, print one copy, sign it and bring it with you to the office.

The last day to sign up for the Spring season will be February 26th. If you have already signed up for the Spring season, you will be contacted by a coach around March 14th. If you do not hear from a coach by March 20th, please contact us so that we can follow up on your situation.
