TVSA requires all coaches to complete Risk Management including live scan and age-appropriate license. I understand my application is NOT a guarantee of being selected to coach a team. I understand my assignment to a team is not officially confirmed until I have complied with League policies regarding Risk Management and have been approved by the TVSA Recreational All-Star Committee. I agree, by my signature below, to abide by TVSA policies and the TVSA Coaches Rules and Guidelines and to fulfill the time requirements of coaching an all-star team if selected. My signature also acknowledges that I agree to meet all the time commitments required of being an all-star coach and the decisions of the All-Star Committee are Final and there are no appeals .
